What to Expect with Your Appointment
We look forward to helping you meet your healthcare goals. Here are some guidelines to get started:
If you have an in-person appointment, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you are seeing a specialist, we may ask you to arrive earlier. This will help us make sure you are checked in for your appointment and your provider can see you on time. If you arrive late, we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If you have a telehealth appointment*, please call or log on at your appointment time or the time requested. You will receive detailed instructions via MyChart or from your clinic on how to prepare for this appointment. If this is your first telehealth video appointment, please review the instructions before your appointment time.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. We will need at least 24 business hours’ notice. You can call our clinic to cancel or cancel directly in your MyChart account. We understand scheduling conflicts happen and we can work with you to find a time that is better for your busy schedule. Our current policy limits the number of times you can miss or be late for your appointments without advanced notice. If you do not cancel 24 business hours before your appointment, you may receive a $50 fee. If you miss too many appointments, we may not be able to continue your care.
Let us know what medications you are taking, including any herbs and supplements. You may bring them to your appointment in their original containers or simply bring a list of the names and doses.
If you have medical records from a non-Presbyterian Medical Group provider or clinic that you would like to share with us, please let us know. We can help you transfer over any relevant records about your care.
