Community Engagement

Overview

Presbyterian Community Engagement awards one-time sponsorships and community grants of varying amounts. Priority is given to community organizations whose missions relate directly to improving the health status of individuals within underserved populations, advancing the health equity status of our communities, promoting healthy eating and active living, and enhancing a sense of cultural belonging within New Mexico.

Process

  • Requests will be reviewed within four business weeks from the date the application is received. You will receive a submission receipt to the email listed on the application. If you do not receive the submittal receipt email within one business day, please contact communityengagement@phs.org for assistance.

  • If approved, the organization receiving the funds must submit an invoice and applicable supporting documentation required to process the award. Deliverables, marketing material and follow-up reporting requirements will be coordinated at this time.

  • Groups interested in receiving Presbyterian Community Engagement funding should review our eligibility requirements before submitting an application through the Presbyterian Community Engagement application portal.
