Update Provider Directory Profile
You can now update your provider directory profile in the PROVIDERConnect Provider Portal. To start, log in to your myPRES account and click on PROVIDERConnect from the Menu of Services. Then, select “Update Provider Demographics” from the list of tools.

Who can make updates?
Groups and facilities will need to identify staff members as authorized delegates to make changes on behalf of the office. Offices must submit a request for access.
Where do I make updates?
All updates are made by logging into myPRES and submitting changes through the PROVIDERConnect Portal. Providers and provider offices must have a current myPRES account to begin. When registering for an account, your account type must match what type of provider you are.
