Make this an easy and comfortable transition
Engage products utilize a unique network of providers for your in-network care. This means that a provider that was participating in your previous Presbyterian plan may not be participating in the new Engage plan. We encourage you to review the Engage provider directory for a list of in-network providers.
If you do not already have a primary care provider (PCP) that is participating in the Engage network, we will match you to one within Presbyterian Medical Group. You can find your PCP match by accessing the MyChart online portal, or you may contact the Engage Concierge Customer Service team at the numbers below.
