Presbyterian’s fitness program can provide consultations based on your fitness goals and medical history, as well as instruction and help with fitness equipment. We have a wide variety of classes and amenities to help you achieve your goals. Hours and services vary across our facilities, but include options such as pool exercise, cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, yoga, balance, stretching and flexibility exercises. One of our fitness team members will schedule you for an initial consultation, and then work with you to develop a unique exercise plan to suit your individual requirements.
This location provides the following types of fitness programs:
Personalized exercise program consultation and follow-up with professional exercise staff
Instruction and use of cardiovascular exercise equipment
Instruction and use of resistance training equipment
Basketball/volleyball court
Indoor and outdoor walking tracks
Fitness classes such as: Step & Low Impact Aerobics, Stretch and Tone, Chair Fitness, Yoga, Indoor Cycling, Balance, Ab Express, Parkinson's exercise program, Core Conditioning, and Muscle Hour
In addition, the Healthplex has a Health Improvement Program, designed to promote a healthy lifestyle that can help prevent future health problems. This program focuses on managing and improving existing health risks, such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, excessive weight, and sedentary lifestyles, and includes:
Personalized exercise program and weight resistance training
Supervision from exercise specialists
A variety of fitness classes
Hours of Operation
Tuesday and Thursday: 5:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Sunday, closed
Some services may use independent community healthcare providers.

for an appointment with one of our exercise specialists. Based on your medical history and personal fitness goals, our exercise staff will develop an exercise prescription tailored to your unique requirements.The Healthplex currently offers a variety of classes such as yoga, stretch and tone and aerobics.
