Veterans SkillBridge Program
The Department of Defense (DOD) SkillBridge program provides service members with the opportunity to gain valuable civilian work experience through training, apprenticeships or internships during the last 180 days of service. Presbyterian is a proud SkillBridge partner.
Through the program, participants can receive networking, mentorship and guidance from experienced healthcare professionals, helping them prepare for successful civilian careers. SkillBridge is a valuable resource for transitioning service members looking to build their careers and make a positive impact in healthcare.

SkillBridge Process
Step 1: Start the application process through the DOD website and get approval from your commanding officer. Visit the SkillBridge Frequently Asked Questions page for more information.
Step 2: Browse our careers site to learn more about our organization and take note of current opportunities that interest you.
Step 3: Fill out and submit the SkillBridge form. A recruiter will contact you.
