Administrative support and coordination may include office management, meeting and calendar coordination, preparing presentations and interacting with our Board of Directors.

As an employee in the Presbyterian Customer Service Center, you are the front line of communication for customer service interactions with our patients and members. From scheduling patient appointments, to helping members understand their insurance and claims, these positions are integral in creating positive customer positions. There is also room for growth within the call center with positions such as call center associates, to supervisors and managers, to trainers and more.
