The Presbyterian Healthplex offers a full range of fitness and wellness programs for active adults. In addition to our fitness programs, we offer state-of-the-art treatment with caring, understanding, and expertise for individuals with various medical conditions, such as arthritis, diabetes, heart disease, and pulmonary disease. Built in 1993, the wellness and rehab facility offers a full gymnasium, education suites, and provides:

After you've completed your forms, please call the Presbyterian Healthplex at 823-8399 for an appointment with one of our Exercise Specialists. Based on your medical history and personal fitness goals, our exercise staff will develop an exercise prescription tailored to your unique requirements.
Satellite Gyms
The Healthplex satellite gyms at Presbyterian Hospital in the Ruth Hanna area, at Kaseman, and at the PAC are conveniently located for employees to exercise and improve their fitness. For your convenience, an Exercise Specialist will come to your location to develop your exercise prescription and orient you to the equipment. Call 823-8399 today to schedule your appointment.

The road to improving your health
All programs begin with an initial assessment to evaluate and monitor each person's development. Healthplex professional staff works collaboratively with patients and physicians to facilitate healthy lifestyle improvements through exercise, diet, education, and support.
- Cardiac Rehab
Phase II, III, and IV exercise programs for individuals with heart or vascular disease such as heart attack, coronary artery bypass surgery, heart valve repair, coronary artery angioplasty, arrhythmias, transplant, heart failure, congenital heart defects, peripheral vascular disease - Pulmonary Rehab
For patients with COPD such as emphysema, chronic bronchitis, asthma, bronchiectasis, and pulmonary fibrosis - Outpatient Rehabilitation Services
Programs include Aquatics, Arthritis management, Fibromyalgia management, Cancer Rehab, Chronic pain, Neurological Rehab, Orthotics, Parkinson's Program, Post-Polio therapy, Hand/Upper extremety therapy, Joint replacement pre-op teaching and Post-op Physical therapy, Vestibular therapy, Lymphedema therapy, and Speech therapy - Prenatal and Postpartum
Our Prenatal Exercise Specialists will guide you through safe exercise leading up to the birth of your baby, as well as the weeks following birth to help you get, and stay in shape
At the end of treatment, each patient receives an individualized continuing care plan to help him or her get the continued care, attention and support needed to maintain and strengthen well being. Plans can include:
- Referrals to ongoing therapy
- Home exercise programs
- Educational classes
- Support groups
- Participation in continuing care programs

The Healthplex also offers prevention programs such as Women's Wellness, Employee Health Program, and Health Improvement Program.
