Update Your Office Hours and Demographic Information
In summer of 2013, Presbyterian will be offering a new and more detailed Provider Directory for you and your patients.  Presbyterian is now requiring that the new directory include the office hours of each practice, facility or practitioner on each individual provider profile.  Please complete the office hours update form to reflect your hours of operation.  If you do not update your hours of operation, the directory will auto populate the standard 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. business hours for your practice.  You can also utilize this opportunity to update any other contact information changes at your practice.

Announcing the myPRES Provider Portal
We are pleased to announce the launch of the new myPRES Provider Portal, which will be replacing Pres Online in early summer of 2013.  The new portal was designed to be more customized, integrated and effective.  A few capabilities and features of the new portal include eligibility verification, claims information, payment tracking, adjustment requests and prior authorizations.  The site was developed with user-friendly navigation tabs that enable you to access important information and guides.  Another new feature is the Messages System inside of the portal.  Now instead of emailing your claims adjustment requests, you can submit your questions and receive responses directly from inside the portal.
