1. Brand New to Pres Online?

You will need to complete the following steps:
- Complete the registration screens for Pres Online
- Choose Register for Pres e-Care from your Pres Online Menu of Services
- Continue through process to our vendor RelayHealth
- Register As a New User on the RelayHealth screens (choose Sign In if you have used RelayHealth before)
- Complete the process by following the Setup Wizard and linking to your provider(s)

2. Already Using Pres Online but Not Communicating with your Provider?

You will need to complete the following steps:
- Log in to Pres Online
- Choose Register for Pres e-Care from your Pres Online Menu of Services
- Continue through process to our vendor RelayHealth
- Register As a New User on the RelayHealth screens (choose Sign In if you have used RelayHealth before)
- Complete the process by following the Setup Wizard and linking to your provider(s)

Access your provider
Communicate with your provider about non-urgent symptoms when it's most convenient for you – all you need is an Internet connection. The webVisit guides you through an interactive interview, and then builds a concise message to your provider. You'll receive an answer directly from your provider. You can access sent and received messages at any time for easy, online reference.

Don't have time to wait on hold? Can't wait for the provider's office to open? Send a message in just a few minutes from your computer at home or work. You save time and hassle – maybe even an office visit. Please allow 10 business hours for a response from your Provider’s office.
Save money
The cost for a Pres e-Care webVisit varies depending on whether or not your plan covers this service. Most Presbyterian medical plans cover online Web visits and require only a very minimal co-payment.
- If your plan does not cover this service, the cost of the Web visit is $30, which in some cases is lower than a regular office visit co-payment.
- The Presbyterian health plans that do not cover Web visits include the Advantage Care (HDHP), Indemnity, Minimum Healthcare Protection, Alliance, and certain ASO plans. Contact your benefit manager or Presbyterian Member Services to determine your applicable co-payment.
- Regardless of plan coverage, there is no charge for routine communications, such as appointment requests, lab results, and prescription refills.
Privacy
Pres e-Care has stronger privacy and security compared to regular e-mail or the telephone. Only you, your provider, and your provider's authorized staff have access to your information.
