If you are an employee and a PHP member, you can access Presbyterian via:

• E-mail (Outlook)
  • Type in your PresID and your password
  • Call the Service Desk at (505) 923-6825 if you have questions
     
• Pres Online - use your own internet connection to reach internal services
  • High Performance Plan (HPP). HPP is now two programs: Learning Central and Talent Manager. See detailed information below.
  • PresNet - Presbyterian's intranet
    • Phone Directory
    • Policies
    • Human Resources (information for employees)
    • and much more
       
• My Pres Online
  • View your health benefits, claims, and authorizations for the past 6 months
  • Change your Primary Care Provider
  • Order a new ID card
     
• HPP (Talent Manager or Learning Central) Login
  • Talent Manager is used for goals and performance management. Learning Central is used for on-line competencies, registration for internal classes, and mandatory All Employee Training.
  • If trying to reach Talent Manager or Learning Central from home, access the appropriate choice directly from the Pres Online Menu of Services screen. Do NOT go to PresNet first.
  • Pop-up blockers can cause errors in both Learning Central and Talent Manager. You may have a pop-up blocker running if you have installed Google or other toolbars. Try removing these tools.
  • If you are having problems accessing one of these programs, or if you need help removing pop-up blocking from Presbyterian-owned computers, contact the Help Desk at (505) 923-6825 (Note: the Service Desk cannot assist you with issues on privately-owned personal computers.)

VPN (Virtual Private Network)

Download VPN software to access the internal network remotely.

Step 1: For Win XP-Win7 (Microsoft Installer)
           VPN Client Software 32-bit or VPN Clinet Software 64-bit. Save the appropriate file to your hard drive then click on the file to install the hardware

Step 2: Request configuration file from IS Security (issecurity@phs.org) and we will email it to you with instructions.

To access PresSource you must have:

• Use a high speed Internet connection such as:

Special Note for America OnLine (AOL) subscribers

For best results, use one of the browsers listed above instead of AOL's internal browser. Simply sign in to your AOL account as usual, then minimize the AOL interface and double-click on your browser's icon (or select it from the Start menu).
